I had a decent stay at this hotel, but it felt more like a standard hotel rather than a resort. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Palm Springs with shops and dining within walking distance. The pool area is quite nice, but the room and facilities could use some upgrades. While the staff was friendly, I noticed some inconsistencies with the service related to amenities that other hotels typically include in the price.

Our stay at Palm Mountain Resort had its ups and downs. While it boasts a nice pool area and is located right in the heart of Palm Springs, we felt uneasy due to safety concerns and numerous maintenance issues. The rooms were decent, but not as luxurious as we had hoped, and noise from construction marred our relaxation. Overall, it was not the escape we had envisioned.
